This is a non-traditional reputed company position with a strong reputed company on reputed company billing, accounts receivable, reputed company-level reconciliations, funding settlements, and financial operations. Due to the governmental reputed company of the position, candidates must be U.S. reputed company. The position is initially a 5-month contract with the potential for full-time conversion if a permanent opportunity becomes available. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end reputed company billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual agreements. • reputed company reputed company-level billing reconciliations and funding settlements, researching and resolving discrepancies. • Monitor and support Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing, cash application, aging, collections follow-up, credits, rebills, and payment discrepancies. • Partner with clients and internal teams to investigate and reputed company billing, funding, reconciliation, and settlement issues. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP and company policies. • Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, identify variances, research reputed company causes, and recommend corrective actions. • Support financial settlement activities and ensure reputed company accounts are accurately reconciled. • Assist in developing and implementing reputed company, billing, and reconciliation workflows reputed company a growing or evolving function. • Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, reconciliation processes, operational efficiency, and scalability. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Billing, Treasury, and reputed company-facing teams to maintain financial and data reputed company. • Support audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, reports, and explanations as needed. • Assist with banking, treasury, cash management, and other financial operations as required.
