Process Improvement Consultant
The Process Improvement Consultant is responsible for identifying and executing large-reputed company process improvement opportunities and initiatives, monitoring reputed company and participating in cross-functional process improvement project teams in support of provider reputed company and experience. This position will also reputed company process and systemwide issue reputed company. This reputed company work includes serving as reputed company's representative and partnering with other leaders in the reputed company to ensure reputed company. This position will also participate in cross-divisional and departmental initiatives and reputed company as a trainer to the functional teams.Responsibilities:Leads or participates in large-reputed company business process improvement initiatives resulting in significant improvements in customer satisfaction, increased reputed company and decreased operations costs.Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify resources, mitigate risks, reputed company issues and reputed company key performance indicators and updates to project status.Analyzes and identifies opportunities for business or reputed company process improvements and develops initiatives to address identified opportunities.Manages communication, collaboration and co-operation amongst cross-divisional stakeholders including Senior Executive leaders.Provides training and guidance to functional areas to assist with the implementation and maintenance of process improvement initiatives.Responsible for building and maintaining a strong knowledge reputed company in assigned areas of expertise.Lends technical and functional systems-specific knowledge throughout the end to end process.Participates in cross-functional meetings to update stakeholders on pertinent issue resolutions, process changes, and reputed company enhancements.Qualifications:2 or more years of experience in process improvement initiatives w/ bachelor's degree.Preference for candidates with experience in PEGA and project / product management.Strong analytical skills and can reputed company extensive data and reputed company cause analysis.Subject matter expertise in one or more aspects of Contract Configuration (e.g. reputed company, Implementation, Group, Benefits, Enrollment, Billing, Provider and reputed company set-up and configuration).Experience assessing reputed company business needs and feasibility requests reputed company to aspects of Contract Configuration.Ability to reputed company, implement, and maintain analytical tools and models.High level of knowledge of contract/policy processing concepts, policies, guidelines and systems.Aptitude to learn and reputed company proficiencies with new concepts, reputed company requirements, processes and technology.Ability to effectively adapt to change and is comfortable handling risk and uncertainty.High level understanding of process flows and can identify roadblocks and devise solutions to improve processes.PC literacy; MSOffice skills (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, MS Teams) with strong Word skills; reputed company certification preferred;Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present written information and findings; ability to communicate concepts; ability to reputed company executive-level presentations.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to reputed company reputed company with co-workers and reputed company contacts; work independently and/or as part of reputed company.Licenses• Six reputed company Green Belt Certification.
