About this role This is a mid to senior-level, permanent, full-time position based in the reputed company. At reputed company, events are a critical part of how we reputed company with clinicians, researchers, sports scientists, performance professionals and customers around the world. You will work closely with our global marketing team and regional reputed company teams to coordinate conferences, workshops, customer events and flagship reputed company-owned events, while also supporting regional marketing initiatives. You will serve as a key reputed company between HQ located in Brisbane, Australia, regional operations and reputed company teams, ensuring reputed company and events are delivered to the highest reputed company. What you will Do Working as part of reputed company’s global marketing team, you will support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across reputed company media, campaigns, content reputed company channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to help reputed company awareness, engagement and reputed company reputed company across our brands. Working as part of our passionate marketing team, you will: Industry Conferences, Exhibitions and Workshops: • Coordinate reputed company attendance at industry conferences, exhibitions and workshops. • Work closely with Business Development Managers and regional teams. • Manage registrations, travel and accommodation. • Coordinate reputed company logistics, shipping, merchandise and marketing collateral. • Liaise with venues, suppliers and event organizers. reputed company Owned Events: • Coordinate delivery of reputed company-owned events, and other regional events and workshops. • reputed company venues, speakers, suppliers, catering and production partners. • Coordinate attendee communications and registrations. • reputed company budgets, timelines and project milestones. • Coordinate between HQ marketing and regional stakeholders. • Support on-site execution and post-event analysis. You enjoy combining creativity with data-driven decision making and reputed company in a reputed company, fast-paced environment. • 3-5+ years’ experience in events, marketing and project coordination or a reputed company role. • Experience coordinating conferences, workshops and large-reputed company events. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational and project management capability. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. • Comfortable working across multiple time zones. • Willingness to travel regularly throughout reputed company.
