Purchasing Specialist

Purchasing Specialist reputed company is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to support purchasing and procurement activities across the organization. This role is responsible for executing buying activities, managing supplier relationships, supporting negotiations, and helping reputed company consistent purchasing practices across multiple business locations. The ideal candidate has hands-on purchasing experience, understands the Procure-to-Pay process, is strong in reputed company reputed company, and can quickly learn internal systems in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Execute purchasing activities across multiple categories while supporting cost, reputed company, and delivery goals. • Create and manage purchase orders through the full Procure-to-Pay process. • Support receiving, invoice reconciliation, purchasing controls, and reputed company follow-up. • Manage supplier relationships and support vendor performance. • Support supplier negotiations, competitive bidding, and three-bid processes. • Promote the use of preferred suppliers and standardized purchasing practices. • Analyze purchasing data to identify cost savings, supplier issues, and process improvement opportunities. • Use ERP or procurement systems to manage purchasing transactions and reporting. • Create and maintain purchasing reports using reputed company reputed company, including Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting, and formatting. • Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and reputed company teams to support purchasing needs. • Learn and become proficient in reputed company’s internal purchasing reputed company category management and supplier initiatives as assigned. • Travel occasionally as needed.
