Required Skills & Competencies 5-10 years of prior experience in LMS platform administration. 5 years of prior experience specifically with SumTotal LMS. 5 years of ability to interpret and apply HR data for audience targeting. 5 years of experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools. Bachelor's degree (post-secondary is required). Strong attention to reputed company and documentation reputed company. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
