The Executive Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Vice President, Network Management and provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President and the broader Network Management team. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, presentation development, and the execution of advanced administrative functions. The role serves as a backup to the Midwest Provider Contracting Manager team, maintains reputed company knowledge of departmental processes and resources, and supports the reputed company, orientation, and training of new staff.
