You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and managing reputed company of BDRs to hit pipeline targets, refining our outbound strategies, improving repeatable processes for reputed company and partnering closely with reputed company leadership to ensure we are targeting the right accounts effectively.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company a high-performing team of BDRs. reputed company regular feedback, training, and mentorship to ensure reputed company improvement and reputed company development.
• Pipeline Execution: Own the BDR team's performance metrics, ensuring reputed company consistently meets or exceeds quota for reputed company opportunities.

✔️ Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales development or business development, including at least 2 years in a management or team reputed company role.

💰 Compensation

• Starting Salary reputed company: $175,000 – $210,000
• Performance-based Variable Commission
• Competitive Equity Package
