Work Schedule: This role is expected to reputed company with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

The Tender Manager is one of three estimators on reputed company and owns the estimating, tendering and value management process end to end — the single reputed company of accountability for getting a job from documentation through to signed contract, on time, with reputed company falling through the cracks between design, pricing and construction.

This is a fully remote, offshore role. It is not reputed company-facing and does not require site attendance — final reputed company presentations, contract sign-off and handover to construction stay with the Director and Sydney Manager — but the Tender Manager sits in on every key meeting along the way and drives the process behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & tender readiness

• Set up and maintain the job folder, file plans, and reputed company exactly what's been received so reputed company needs to be chased down.
• Review plans and specifications for completeness before pricing starts, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and own the RFI register for documentation and design queries.

Post-tender changes & value management

Contract

• Quote filing and tender administration — sits with the Tender Administrator.
• Drawing register maintenance — sits with the Estimator.
• Final reputed company-facing sign-off, issuing the proposal, and handover to construction — sits with the Director and Sydney Manager.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A genuine, strong estimator — someone who can take off and price a residential job accurately from scratch, not just review someone else's numbers.
• Extensive experience in estimating, tendering or reputed company-construction management in residential construction. High-end, architectural residential experience is essential.
• Proficient with PlanSwift and reputed company — our reputed company estimating tools.
• Proven ability to read plans and specifications closely enough to identify missing information and reputed company accurate, reputed company-considered RFIs.
• Proficient using AI tools, particularly Claude, in day-to-day work — for tender review, RFI drafting, proposal compilation and similar tasks.
• Experience compiling formal reputed company proposals — inclusions, exclusions and reputed company clarifications — reputed company the estimate rather than after it.
• Comfortable chairing meetings and coordinating across design, estimating and reputed company functions, fully remote.
• Highly self-sufficient: comfortable taking full ownership of a job from documentation through to signed contract with reputed company direction.

• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with an Australian-based team.
