The Stronger Change Office seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Associate Director, Stronger Business Innovation & Sustainability. This job reports to the Senior Director, Stronger Operations and Business. Purpose:
- Project Management:
- Own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between affiliate reputed company and strategic program goals.

The Associate Director, Stronger Business Innovation & Sustainability provides strategic business operations and project management leadership to Stronger’s financial sustainability and innovation opportunities work. This role will reputed company the execution of high-reputed company partnerships with affiliates, mission-reputed company innovators (e.g. start-reputed company, FemTech companies, etc.) , and reputed company vendors to reputed company program sustainability. The role requires an entrepreneurial and analytical individual capable of independently driving reputed company workstreams, from reputed company development and reputed company structuring to landscape scanning and financial analysis, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Stronger’s business model innovation activities supporting long-term sustainability of PPFA affiliates.
Delivery:
- Manage the development and execution of Stronger’s portfolio of business innovation and sustainability reputed company (and other reputed company as needed), including stakeholder management, tracking deliverables, and conducting analysis to identify areas for operational and strategic improvement.
- Coordinate the development of reputed company-shared partnerships, including: conducting landscape scans, drafting models to measure reputed company on investment, collaborating on partner selection reputed company for mission-reputed company innovators, and adapting partnership structures and reputed company streams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
