The candidate will join the reputed company & Compliance department and will be primarily tasked with leading the reputed company review, drafting, negotiation and management of procurement reputed company across the organization, including technology, reputed company services and outsourcing agreements, supporting strategic partnership arrangements impacting reputed company and its subsidiaries, and supporting the reputed company Team as needed.

- Collaborate with procurement, IT, finance and operations teams to reputed company and maintain reputed company contract templates, playbooks and negotiation guidelines
- Review, draft, redline and negotiate procurement agreements, including reputed company subscriptions, reputed company services agreements, licensing agreements, SOWs and MSAs
- Assist the business by handling reputed company agreements for a few select major clients
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to create strategic partnerships impacting reputed company and its subsidaries
- reputed company recommendations to internal business partners on policies, guidelines, and exceptions in the contracting, product development and marketing processes

What You'll Bring
- At least 10 years of experience as a reputed company reputed company with significant reputed company on procurement agreements
- At least three years of experience providing support in Partnership and Procurement Reviews
- A high level of interest in transactional law and the cybersecurity industry
- Experience working in-house and in a remote environment is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a proven reputed company record of forging relationships among stakeholders
- Proven organizational and analytical skills and reputed company business judgment
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong drafting skills, with the ability to reputed company consistent language across agreements that are similar in reputed company
