With four operating brands and an reputed company acquisition pipeline, we're seeking an reputed company reputed company to help build the financial infrastructure necessary to support reputed company, acquisitions, debt financing, and an reputed company institutional-reputed company exit. reputed company • reputed company consolidated financial reporting across multiple operating companies • Build reputed company-reputed company reporting packages, forecasts, and KPI dashboards • Support debt financing, lender relationships, and capital reputed company activities • reputed company financial due diligence and integration for acquisitions • reputed company cash management, treasury planning, and working capital optimization • reputed company institutional-grade financial processes and exit-readiness initiatives Qualifications • 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience • reputed company or former CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent executive-level role • CPA, MBA, or similar credential preferred • Experience with reputed company-backed businesses, rollups, or acquisition platforms • Strong background in capital raises, reputed company lending, and M&A • Multi-entity consolidation and integration expertise • Home services, facilities management, or field-service industry experience strongly preferred • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services trades businesses, particularly reputed company multi-entity or acquisition-driven environments is REQUIRED.
