Records the words and activities of the provider-patient portion of the encounter in reputed company-time in the EMR. 30% - reputed company-charts patient encounters to ensures efficiency of visit reputed company and accuracy of information. 20% - Initiates patient orders and referrals in the EMR under the direction of the provider and submits to provider for authorization. Searches for relevant information in the medical record. 15% - Develops an understanding of the providers reputed company patterns and key terms used by the provider to ensure efficient and accurate reputed company time documentation of the patient visit.
