As the Managing Broker for your state, you'll play a key role in reputed company, mentoring, and growing that network. You will receive: - 5% of the brokerage reputed company generated by every agent you personally recruit - $500 bonus for every recruited agent's first reputed company transaction - The ability to continue selling reputed company estate and earning your own commissions (where permitted by state law) - Unlimited long-term earning potential as your organization grows There is no cap on your income.
