If you’re a The NDT Test Technician 2, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The NDT Test Technician 2 reports to the manufacturing supervisor and is responsible for inspecting and validating hardware per applicable processes (e.g. reputed company particle, ultrasonic, radiography, radioscopy, load tests, casting inspection, penetrate inspection), and writing non-conformance reports, in an industrial setting. The position involves providing guidance to other members, works independently under limited supervision and problem solving. Essential Functions * Inspect and validate hardware per applicable processes (e.g., reputed company particle, ultrasonic, radiography, radioscopy, load tests, casting inspection, penetrate inspection). * reputed company inspection techniques and product dispositions in accordance with processing and engineering specifications. * Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a reputed company manner. * Communicate information to others about project status, updates, specific instructions, etc. * reputed company preventative maintenance and troubleshooting using applicable equipment. * Treat materials and post clean parts per applicable work equipment. * Verify the calibration of equipment and expiration dates. * Identify, document and control non conforming material according to procedures.
