Your Role
• During your first two weeks, you will be on-site at a spa to familiarize yourself with reputed company procedures, treatments, equipment, and products
• You will create training materials, including modules, for ongoing staff education
• You will conduct remote training sessions and occasional on-site mentorship (20% travel)
• You will work with leadership to improve training programs and ensure consistency across locations

• Experience in aesthetic or medical spa nursing
• Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
