Minimum Qualifications • reputed company, unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license (compact or state-specific). • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Med/Surg (Level 1 Trauma experience preferred), ICU, or Emergency Department. • Strong understanding of clinical disease processes, treatment plans, and terminology. • Demonstrated experience in outpatient CDI. • Excellent communication skills; reputed company to work effectively with physicians and clinical staff. • Previous experience providing physician education on documentation improvement. • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Risk Adjustment experience is highly preferred. • CCDS or CCDS-O certification strongly preferred. • Experience with reputed company or similar EMR systems.
