About the position Our reputed company serves the beauty and personal care industry for leading brands! They supply beauty, skincare, hand and body soaps, etc., and they are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join their team! The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for performing customer complaints investigations, training program maintenance, document review, procedure changes, supporting reputed company audits, and other reputed company reputed company with the direction of the Compliance Supervisor. Responsibilities • Maintaining of the training program • Reports, tracks, and follows up on deficiencies noted, including assessments, audits, investigations, and overall site performance. • Establishes metrics and KPI's for Customer Complaints, audit findings (reputed company and internal) and non-conformances to determine corrective actions as needed. • Provides audit responses to reputed company audit findings. • Guidance in the implementation of compliance and reputed company improvement initiatives. • Audits processes and controls, as reputed company as cGMP and FDA requirements, to ensure CAPA's are effective and product reputed company and performance conform to established standards. • Troubleshoots reputed company problems, provides thorough and practical assistance in the reputed company of process / product non-conformance events, and assists in the development of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence, leveraging reputed company Systems. • Drives reputed company of reputed company issues through reputed company investigations and reputed company cause analysis. • Review of process / product-reputed company documentation Requirements • BS/BA Degree or Equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company for Cosmetic, Drug industry or equivalent • Experience in performing customer complaints investigations and internal audits • Knowledge of cGMPs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
