This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with deep knowledge of the agriculture and food industries who is looking for flexible remote work with the potential for increased hours over time. Responsibilities • Advise clients operating in the food, agriculture, livestock, ranching, beef production, and agribusiness sectors • Research and respond to regulatory compliance questions and industry-specific reputed company issues • Counsel clients on regulatory, reputed company, operational, and risk-management reputed company • Monitor and interpret federal and state regulations impacting agricultural and food-reputed company businesses • reputed company practical reputed company guidance to support day-to-day business operations and strategic decision-making Qualifications • J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Nevada Bar admission preferred, but not required • 8+ years of reputed company experience • Experience advising clients in the food, agriculture, livestock, ranching, beef production, or agribusiness industries • Strong knowledge of food and agricultural regulations • Experience researching and addressing regulatory compliance reputed company • Familiarity with federal and state agencies that regulate and reputed company agricultural operations • Ability to reputed company practical business-reputed company reputed company advice Position Details • Fully remote with a flexible schedule • Contract opportunity • Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially • Hours are expected to increase as the relationship and workload grow • reputed company reputed company: $75–$100 per hour, depending on experience Ideal Background This opportunity is particularly reputed company suited for attorneys who have experience advising: • Livestock, ranching, cattle, or beef production businesses • Food production, processing, or distribution companies • Agricultural operations and agribusiness organizations • Clients with regulatory compliance and operational reputed company needs in the agriculture industry Attorneys currently in private reputed company, serving as in-house counsel for agricultural companies, or focusing on food and agriculture law will be especially attractive candidates.
