Senior Product Development Manager, Beauty & Personal Care

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the day-to-day execution of product development across formulation, sampling, packaging, sourcing, testing, costing, manufacturing and commercialization. This is an individual contributor role, not a people-management role.
