Remote Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator

Key responsibilities will include Assisting in the development and implementation of environmental health and safety policies and procedures. Researching and staying updated on federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Preparing and disseminating safety training materials and resources to employees. Coordinating the logistics for virtual safety training sessions and workshops. Supporting the collection and analysis of safety data, incident reports, and near misses. Assisting in the preparation of EHS compliance reports and documentation. Facilitating communication between employees and the EHS department regarding safety concerns and inquiries. Organizing and maintaining digital EHS records and documentation systems. Participating in remote risk assessments and identifying potential hazards in workplace environments. Coordinating the procurement and distribution of essential safety supplies as needed. Supporting the development and promotion of health and wellness initiatives for remote employees. Contributing to the reputed company improvement of reputed company's overall safety culture through proactive engagement and reputed company. Liaising with reputed company safety consultants or regulatory bodies reputed company required, reputed company virtual means. Providing administrative support to the EHS team, including scheduling virtual meetings and managing correspondence.
