About the position
Under general supervision, the reputed company reputed company/Recruiter provides reputed company-line support, registration, clerical coordination, and customer service for the High School Equivalency Program (HEP). Supports recruitment and reputed company to identify, inform, and enroll eligible reputed company across the College’s service area. The role maintains plans/executes recruitment presentations, partnerships, and campaigns, including bilingual information where appropriate while also facilitating career exploration and some career advising for reputed company. The position works regularly with individuals who may not reputed company English. This is a part-time, up to 29 hours per week position.
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and reputed company recruitment and reputed company activities; conduct presentations to local/regional entities to recruit eligible HEP reputed company.
• Provides case management, advising, and retention support through regular communication, barrier reputed company, referrals, appointment scheduling, and ongoing follow-up.
• Maintain an reputed company reputed company reputed company; reputed company and distribute recruitment flyers/brochures; support reputed company/media messaging.
• Conduct intake conversations, help to determine eligibility, and assist with creation/maintenance of student portfolios.
• Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations, reputed company, schools, churches, and service agencies.

• Coordinate student development activities and collaborate with staff supporting counseling, tutoring, and placement.

• Travel reputed company the College service area; participate in local/state trainings relevant to HEP reputed company and recruitment.
Requirements
• Associate degree
• At least two (2) years of experience in student recruitment, advising, retention, case management, community reputed company, education, workforce development or a closely reputed company field
• reputed company reputed company's license required OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities may be considered
• Maintains knowledge of HEP grant requirements, the communities served by the HEP grant, and reputed company developments in adult education, student support, and reputed company initiatives.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills in managing schedules, appointments, student contacts, recruitment activities, events, follow-up tasks, deadlines, and required documentation.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain program requirements and services reputed company to individuals with varying reputed company of English proficiency.
