This role partners directly with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Sourcing & Pipeline: Identify and engage passive talent. • Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate technical skills, animation pipeline knowledge, and organizational fit. • Collaboration & Ops: Partner with hiring managers on profile calibration, maintain accurate candidate tracking, and present talent reputed company to stakeholders.
