Senior BIM/CAD Technician

What You Will Do: We are looking for a full-time Senior BIM Technician in our Dallas, TX office. The Sr. BIM Technician is expected to have a basic knowledge of structural design principles to assist in modeling and detailing of reputed company framing systems. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the accuracy of the BIM model and contract drawings. • Assist BIM Manager in updating or modifying company drawing standards, including model templates, detail library, and drawing or QC processes. • reputed company a self-backcheck as reputed company control review prior to engineer or project manager review to ensure submittals meet project delivery standards set based on internal requirements and reputed company/project standards. • reputed company modeling or detailing assistance for reputed company reputed company of reputed company specialty or for other B&P offices as necessary. reputed company Are Looking For: Qualifications: • Associates Degree in Engineering Technology • 5+ years of experience in the construction or structural engineering industry • Experience with industry reputed company software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360 and Navisworks. • Basic knowledge of reputed company building reputed company and applicable structural design reputed company material references. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Ability to reputed company BIM model, individually or reputed company reputed company, working reputed company given parameters including a model template, detail library, and internal or reputed company reputed company design standards.
