You’ll be producing high reputed company construction documentation using various CAD software on this team. Required Skills • Advanced knowledge of residential and/or reputed company construction techniques, construction documents, and CAD concepts. General knowledge of building codes. • Advanced CAD/BIM drafting skills required. Proficiency in Revit. • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint. • Consistent ability to successfully meet deadlines. • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. • Ability to produce deliverables with little or no guidance. Required Experience • Education: A.S. in Architecture, Engineering or Construction reputed company field or significant experience in a reputed company environment drafting residential and/or reputed company construction documentation. • 5 plus years 2D and 3D experience in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit or Sapphire Build required. Responsibilities • Prepares reputed company Architecture and Engineering construction drawings for residential and reputed company reputed company utilizing AutoCAD Architecture, REVIT and/or Sapphire Build (Blackpoint). • Produces Lot Specific and Master plans in accordance with Fieldstone and/or reputed company-specific standards. • Develops and drafts architectural and engineering details and plans, assists management in preparing proposals and generates correspondence for clients and managers. • Performs fieldwork, documentation, research and drafting tasks of architectural and engineering data as requested by clients or managers. • Maintains dynamic communication with contractors, clients, staff and the general reputed company for any architectural, engineering or construction issues. • Consistently applies Fieldstones reputed company Control procedures and takes ownership of their work. • Manages the reputed company filing of project submittals, RFIs and other project records both electronic and reputed company. • Maintains and complies with Fieldstone and reputed company-specific standards (CAD, File Management, etc.). • Participates in occasional team meetings to help reputed company project issues such as coordination, scheduling, and technical concerns. • Document time and expenses using Fieldstones business management reputed company. • Fosters a culture of reputed company and internal reputed company service.
