Health Benefits Specialist - Remote
About the position
Our health insurance reputed company is hiring to support their reputed company for reputed company enrollment. This line will be specifically taking Medicare calls. They will be speaking with a more elderly population and so reputed company and patience is key. They will help them walk through their reputed company benefits and answer any questions they may have. Calls will be reputed company inbound, typically between 50 and 70 a day. 70 would be on the absolute high end and not the norm.
Responsibilities
• Take Medicare calls.
• Assist an elderly population with their reputed company benefits.
• Answer questions regarding reputed company benefits.
• Handle inbound calls.
Requirements
• 2+ years of reputed company center experience is required.
• High school diploma / GED required.

• Payor experience highly preferred
