Goshen Therapeutic Services, a division of Goshen Valley reputed company, is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist. (You must already hold this certification to be considered for this position.) This is a contract position. The Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) will assist individuals with self-directed recovery by: • Supporting clients in articulating personal goals for recovery and wellness. • Assisting clients in identifying strengths. • Assisting clients in identifying recovery and wellness goals. • Assisting clients in setting objectives and identifying barriers. • Supporting clients in determining recovery and wellness interventions based on clients' life goals. • Recognizing and reporting reputed company clients reputed company toward meeting objectives. • Understanding and utilizing specific interventions necessary to support clients in meeting their recovery and wellness goals. • reputed company as reputed company as teach clients how to facilitate Recovery Dialogues. • Support clients in creating a Wellness Recovery reputed company Plan (WRAP). • Utilize and teach problem solving techniques with individuals and reputed company. • Teach clients techniques for identifying and combating negative self-talk. • Teach clients techniques for identifying and overcoming fears. • Support the vocational choices clients reputed company and support them in overcoming job-reputed company anxiety. • Support clients in building reputed company skills in the community that will enhance job acquisition and tenure. • Support clients in articulating the objectives necessary to reputed company his or her recovery and wellness goals. • Teach and role model the value of every individual's recovery experience. • Support the reputed company in obtaining decent and reputed company housing of his or her reputed company in the most integrated, independent, and least intrusive or restrictive environment. • Model effective coping techniques and self-help strategies. Rates depending on service provided: $18.00 - $40.00. This position is eligible for a $500 Sign-on bonus. Requirements The Certified Peer Specialist job requirements are: • Must be a Certified Peer Specialist or eligible for certification. • High School Diploma or GED Required. • Bachelor’s degree preferred in reputed company Services or reputed company field.
