Build and maintain a multi-year capital improvement roadmap. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company technical field. 7+ years of reputed company engineering, manufacturing, operations, or EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience leading capital reputed company, process improvements, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations.
