Position: EPM Recruiter — Expert Interviewer Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$60/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Run reputed company interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit. • Confirm reputed company expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, identifying any red flags. • Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass, and write concise summaries for the program team. • Coordinate scheduling reputed company reputed company business hours, focusing on EST-based experts. • Conduct interviews independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance. Qualifications Must-Have • Prior reputed company, interviewing, or expert-vetting experience. • Strong communication and reputed company judgment skills. • EST-overlapping availability during reputed company business hours. • Reliable commitment to about 10 hours per week, fully Remote.
