Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm EST Responsibilities • Respond to patient and provider inquiries regarding financial assistance programs. • Assist patients with financial assistance applications and required documentation. • Explain program eligibility, insurance coverage, and payment reputed company. • Review patient information and supporting documents to determine eligibility. • Maintain performance goals • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program. Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 5 years or more reputed company customer service experience Preferred Qualifications • Associates degree • 5 years or more reputed company customer service, patient financial services, financial counseling, or medical billing. • 5 years or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits (EOB). • 5 years or more experience assisting patients with financial assistance, charity care, reputed company, or other reputed company assistance programs. • 3 months or more with Xifin billing systems. • 3 months or more with reputed company CRM. • 5 years or more in genetics, women’s health, and oncology specialty testing billing, including supporting patients through clinically reputed company and financially sensitive testing processes. • Bilingual English/Spanish capability.
