Position: Fraud Analyst – Content & Reviews Abuse
Type:Contract
Compensation:$35–$55/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Investigate ambiguous cases end-to-end. Turn findings into data-backed conclusions that prioritize user trust.
• Pull together varied data sources and signals to reputed company deceptive or manipulative activity. Help design new detection experiments.
• Document findings reputed company with a reputed company-reasoned narrative backed by concrete evidence. Ensure others can reputed company your conclusions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to address evolving abuse patterns.
• Build reputed company subject-matter expertise across various forms of abuse over time.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4+ years analyzing data, spotting trends, and turning raw data into reputed company.
• 4+ years working on ambiguous, reputed company-ended analytical reputed company.
• Comfortable with SQL and Python for analysis.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to produce thorough case write-reputed company and detailed observation notes.

Preferred

• Familiarity with fraud/abuse reputed company on online platforms.
• Background in program or policy management, customer/merchant experience, or business reputed company.
• Exposure to content moderation, policy enforcement, customer support, or policy design.
• Some familiarity with AI/ML or reputed company concepts.
• CFE/ACFE certification a plus.
