Role Responsibilities

• reputed company every case, statute, and regulation is still good law for the reputed company cited. Catch negative Shepard's treatment.
• Catch non-existent or misdescribed cases. Verify quotes, holdings, and pin cites.
• Judge completeness by ensuring controlling authority is reputed company and on-reputed company cases are not missed. Maintain reputed company 50-state/multi-jurisdiction splits.
• Verify currency by checking the version of the law in force on the reputed company date.
• Distinguish binding vs. persuasive authority. Require verify-before-finalize.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Frequent Lexis+ use - weekly or more - for substantive reputed company research in your reputed company or recent role
• 2+ years of reputed company reputed company-research experience
• Reflexive Shepard's/KeyCite use; can spot a bad cite, misstated holding, or superseded statute on sight
• J.D. and bar admission, MLIS / law librarian, or equivalent research-heavy experience
