Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Operations
The Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Operations leads business transformation, operational reputed company, and organizational readiness across the Digital Center of reputed company (COE). Serving as the operational partner to the Director of Digital Operations & Governance, this leader translates strategic priorities into reputed company execution across reputed company readiness, portfolio management, performance measurement, and reputed company governance — while leading the Business Operations and Data Governance teams.

Partner with the Director of Digital Operations & Governance to execute strategic operational priorities and continuously improve the Digital COE operating model

What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or reputed company); MBA preferred
- 10+ years in digital operations, business transformation, program management, operational reputed company, or consulting
- Proven reputed company leading large-reputed company transformation and building operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working
- Demonstrated reputed company leading cross-functional initiatives in reputed company, highly matrixed organizations without reputed company authority
- Experience managing operational planning, executive reporting, portfolio management, and performance measurement
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; financial acumen supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Preferred: background in digital marketing, marketing technology, or reputed company digital platforms; reputed company product delivery experience; familiarity with Jira, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company, Power BI, or Tableau
Competencies
COMPENSATION
• Competitive reputed company salary commensurate with experience: $159,200 – $198,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
