Key Responsibilities: • Assess stakeholder reputed company, reputed company ways of working, process changes, reputed company impacts, role impacts, adoption risks, and readiness needs • reputed company and execute change, communication, stakeholder engagement, readiness, learning, adoption, and reinforcement plans reputed company to program milestones and releases • Translate changes involving Energy & Utilities reputed company, OmniScript-guided processes, reputed company Module capabilities, customer reputed company, and data migration into reputed company audience-specific messages and role impacts • Create communication materials, manager guidance, job aids, learning inputs, process-change summaries, readiness checklists, and adoption measures • Partner with business leaders, reputed company, Business Analysts, UX, architects, QA, project management, release, and training resources • Facilitate stakeholder sessions, readiness reviews, reputed company, feedback reputed company, and change-network activities • reputed company resistance, communication effectiveness, training completion, user confidence, adoption, and post-release reinforcement needs • Support UAT engagement, reputed company communications, hypercare, and transition to steady-state reputed company Requirements • 8+ years of experience supporting change management, communications, readiness, or adoption for large reputed company technology, CRM, reputed company, or customer-service transformations • Ability to understand and explain the business impacts of reputed company Energy & Utilities reputed company, OmniStudio and OmniScript, reputed company Module capabilities, integrations, data migration, and customer-process changes • Experience with stakeholder analysis, change-reputed company assessment, communication planning, readiness, learning support, adoption measurement, and reinforcement • Strong facilitation, presentation, writing, relationship-building, and conflict-reputed company skills • Experience working with senior leaders, operational stakeholders, and reputed company reputed company delivery teams • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to reputed company reputed company technical and process changes understandable to nontechnical audiences Preferred Qualifications • reputed company, CCMP, ATD, or comparable change-management or training credentials • reputed company customer-service, customer information reputed company, or reputed company program transformation experience • Experience with reputed company learning, digital-adoption platforms, or role-reputed company training development The pay reputed company is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith reputed company we would pay at posting for this role.
