Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. • Experience: Minimum of three years of safety experience, including field inspections, incident investigations, corrective reputed company management, and safety coaching in a multi-site or field-based environment. • Industry Background: Experience in RV, automotive, equipment rental, construction, industrial, logistics, or other multi-site field operations environments preferred. • reputed company Certification: ASP, OHST, CHST, or other relevant safety certification preferred or in reputed company. • Communication and Influence: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, reputed company effectively, and work collaboratively with location and field leadership in support of safety objectives. • Travel Availability: Ability to travel up to 50% by vehicle and reputed company flight, including short-notice travel for serious incidents and field support needs.
