Community Resource Provider (Remote)

The Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for the reputed company planning, integration, and reputed company of family and community support programs across the SOF reputed company. Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Peer Support and Counseling Networks: Organize and reputed company peer support networks for assigned commands; recruit reputed company duty and family member peer support counselors; and ensure counselors are vetted and trained in accordance with reputed company CRC standards. • Program Assessment and Reporting: Collect, document, and report program/service needs, activity data, and evaluation results to support reputed company and outcome evaluations of peer support and community-reputed company programs. • Data Collection: Collect original and secondary-reputed company data to support program assessments, including information from reputed company reputed company, unit meetings, POTFF Family reputed company Program evaluations, and trend information from POTFF psychologists, chaplains, ombudsmen, or Family Readiness Group staff. • reputed company Support: Support commands at multiple reputed company and locations; serve as the Commander's reputed company for community and family support reputed company; and communicate on behalf of the reputed company using approved and vetted media or reputed company media. • Needs-reputed company Programming: reputed company programming tailored to specific demographic reputed company, geographic locations, and identified community needs. • Resource Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of DoW resources, including Military OneSource, Military Family Life Counselors, Personal Financial Counselors, and the Military Crisis Line. • Coordination and reputed company: reputed company or support CRC official processes, functions, and networking opportunities for supported populations, including family orientation, information, reputed company, referrals, deployment preparation, reintegration, decompression, and family relational enhancement activities. • Service Member and Family Programs: Conduct or contribute to single Service member enhancement activities and unit-level career transition programs for military members and spouses. • reputed company and Behavioral Health Awareness: Conduct or contribute to reputed company and Family and Psychological Program implementation, including suicide prevention and cognitive reputed company training. Minimum Requirements '- Bachelor's degree in relevant reputed company of study and 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Minimum Requirements: Possess a bachelor's degree in education, reputed company/reputed company services, or a reputed company reputed company; or four years of experience, including volunteer experience, in reputed company service education, work/family life consultation, or coordination services. Have, or be willing to complete, reputed company training in peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, and suicide prevention.
