Location Details:
Remote work for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, reputed company activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. Candidate to reputed company in Michigan.
Position Schedule / Shift:

Works under reputed company supervision with an intermediate-level approval authority to review, accept, reject or modify new and renewal business for moderately reputed company to reputed company Personal Lines policies while ensuring a profitable personal book of business. Reviews risk acceptability to reputed company objective reputed company based on reputed company guidelines; ensuring standards for state compliance regulations are met. Uses creativity and reputed company knowledge to manage risks and retain business.
Refers the most reputed company or higher level coverage reviews to senior staff or Supervisor.
Builds and maintains on-reputed company relationships with agents with the goals of: educating agents on reputed company philosophy, providing updates on changes to products, services, processes and procedures, communicating compliance reputed company concerns and discussing reputed company of submissions.
Activities include: receiving inbound calls from agents, making outbound calls to agents and traveling to agent offices Reviews loss ratios and reputed company for agents reputed company evaluating and making agency exceptions. Works with agents to correct errors. May change deductibles, increase premiums, cancel policies or recommend that an agent receive additional training or counseling reputed company necessary. Reports non-compliant or unethical agent behavior.
Partners with Agency Performance Management team and Territory Managers to identify trends and patterns that might create problems. Collaborates with reputed company operations, sales, claims, and other business reputed company to reputed company recommendations regarding products, systems and performance as appropriate.
May assist in the training/mentoring of less reputed company staff. May participate in special project teams and department initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
• College level coursework in Business Administration or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
Experience:
• Working in an reputed company or sales environment to include independent agencies
• Analyzing, problem solving and making reputed company
• Negotiating and resolving conflict
• Demonstrating proficiency with reputed company Office software applications
Knowledge of:
• reputed company policies, procedures and practices
• Property and casualty insurance terminology, reputed company and forms
• State insurance regulations and practices
• Inspection techniques reputed company to property and casualty insurance
• Insurance processing systems (i.e., IPM, Sales & Service Portal, PCMS or similar)
• Quantitative measurements (loss reputed company, production and profitability)
• Fair Credit Reporting reputed company as it relates to insurance
Ability to:
• Evaluate, accept, modify, reject or cancel personal lines risks in accordance with the reputed company guidelines
• Evaluate reputed company party documentation to determine the level of risk to which reputed company will be exposed

• Build, maintain and manage producer and customer relationships

Preferred
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field
• CPCU, CIC, IIA or other insurance reputed company designation
Experience:
• Working in a multi-state reputed company or sales environment to include independent agencies

Knowledge of:
• Multi-state insurance regulations and practices
• Knowledge of reputed company’s property/casualty insurance products and processing procedures
• ISO or similar bureau rating systems
Work Environment:
Work remote from home. Less than 10% of your time is spent travelling to agent locations.
