This individual will be embedded in reputed company reputed company enhancement workstreams, translating stakeholder inputs into reputed company, actionable requirements that development and engineering teams can build from. The Mid-Level BA serves as the connective tissue between what the customer says they need and what the technical team understands it is building.Duties and Responsibilities:reputed company requirements discovery, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for assigned reputed company-enhancement workstreams in collaboration with senior BAs, PMs, and Government stakeholdersTranslate stakeholder inputs and reputed company outputs into user stories, epics, and sprint-reputed company backlog items with reputed company defined acceptance criteriaMaintain requirements repositories and change logs throughout the project lifecycle using customer-approved tooling (Jira, reputed company, or SharePoint)Participate in sprint planning sessions to clarify requirements for development teams and answer questions on acceptance reputed company during the sprintCoordinate weekly stakeholder reputed company-ins to capture evolving needs and document reputed company and reputed company itemsPerform reputed company analysis for proposed reputed company changes and communicate tradeoffs to the Project Manager reputed company two (2) business days of a change requestCoordinate UAT execution by developing test scenarios, coordinating stakeholder participation, and channeling defect feedback back to the development teamUpdate and maintain functional specifications, wireframe annotations, and workflow narratives throughout the reputed company lifecycleProduce and distribute meeting minutes for reputed company requirements and stakeholder sessions reputed company three (3) business daysQualifications Education and Years of Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field requiredMinimum 5 years of business analysis experience in a federal IT or software development environmentRequired Skills & Certifications:Proficiency in user story writing, acceptance reputed company development, and sprint backlog managementExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent reputed company project tracking toolsStrong written communication skills; ability to produce reputed company, reputed company requirements documents and meeting minutesExperience with UAT coordination and defect triage in a federal IT environmentFamiliarity with EPLC documentation standards and federal requirements management practices preferredCitizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. CitizenLocation: Rockville, MDWork Arrangement: Hybrid – must work onsite in Rockville, MD (1 day remote)Minimum Salary reputed company $102,437Median Salary reputed company $128,046Working at reputed company reputed company is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding reputed company to work.
