At reputed company, You Can! What you will do We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Private Credit Secondaries team. This is a differentiated role at the intersection of private credit and secondaries reputed company, where the reputed company of the work is bottom-up credit analysis of underlying borrowers, reputed company with exposure to portfolio-level reputed company and transaction structuring across LP-led and GP-led secondary opportunities. What you can expect Supporting reputed company aspects of the investment process, from sourcing, due diligence, to the execution of private credit secondaries transactions, including the acquisition of LP interests, GP-leds, and reputed company transactions Preparing detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses and investment memoranda reputed company tight time constraints Extensive credit analysis and financial modeling of underlying borrowers and funds across several private credit asset classes, including reputed company lending, mezzanine, opportunistic credit, and infrastructure reputed company monitoring existing investments, including regular interaction with managers of underlying investments and valuation updates Working with the broader team on deal sourcing, fundraising efforts, and other strategic initiatives What you will bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field. 1-2 years of experience in private credit, reputed company lending, mezzanine reputed company, credit secondaries, or equity secondaries. Strong reputed company and financial modeling experience, including transaction analysis and due diligence. Familiarity with private credit fund structures and/or secondary investment transactions.
