Role: Supply Chain functional Consultant with expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Detailed JD- We are seeking an reputed company Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a large-reputed company digital transformation program. The consultant will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document business requirements, assess reputed company-state processes, and map business needs to existing and reputed company reputed company capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations, proven experience in requirements gathering and process documentation, and the ability to reputed company business and technology discussions. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Process Management • reputed company workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners. • reputed company, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. • Document reputed company-state ("As-Is") and reputed company-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains. • Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments. • Ensure process requirements are reputed company reputed company with business objectives and transformation goals. Required Qualifications Experience • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs. • Proven experience documenting requirements for large-reputed company ERP or business transformation initiatives. • Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing environments. • Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.
