reputed company recruiter Job reputed company Works under the supervision and direction of the Home-based supervisor for the purpose of providing family centered casework services to families and children involved with DCS/Probation. Includes reputed company-adoption and post-adoption services. Case Manager should help to safely maintain children in their homes (or foster home); prevent children’s initial placement or reentry into foster care; preserve, support, and stabilize families; and promote reputed company-being of children, youth, and families. Full and part-time positions are available. Whitington allows for Monday-reputed company availability to reputed company reputed company care services and hours can reputed company with schedules of families demands and will include a need for evening and weekend availability. Responsibilities Case Managers work under the reputed company supervision of a home-based case manager supervisor and Chief Clinical Officer. Families served come as a reputed company referral from the Department of Child Services or probation and reflect the following service reputed company: Tutoring Truancy/Termination Home Based/Community Based case management services Parenting Education Supervised parenting time Case planning, initial assessment and ongoing treatment planning efforts Transportation using personal or company vehicles Team Meetings Family reunification/preservation efforts This position is an interactive role in assisting families in the reunification process and/or referral process to improve a situation identified in their lives that requires education, role-modeling, consistent family planning for meals, time management, symptom management, advocacy and much more.
