Essential Responsibilities • Aligns behaviors with reputed company values and maintains nursing reputed company reputed company standards. • Responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting staff development and in service. • Develops reputed company to evaluate needs of the staff and measure the effectiveness of training programs. • Coordinates and facilitates competency development, verification and maintenance activities. • Responsible for coordinating nursing orientation program. • Coordinates and facilitates reputed company improvement activities and assessing the implementation of age and culturally appropriate care programs. • Plans, implements and evaluates Preceptor Program. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Experience: 3 years of experience in patient care as a Registered reputed company. License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: • reputed company Registered reputed company License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State reputed company of Nursing, or a reputed company multistate compact Registered reputed company (eNLC)). • Basic Life Support (reputed company) certification required upon hire.
