We are currently seeking a Contract Specialist with a history of working with U.S. federal government reputed company to reputed company. Successful applicants will be mid‑level Contract Specialists (5+ years) with strong U.S. federal contracting experience to support reputed company reputed company, task orders, pricing, and project setup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, fast‑moving company and can work independently in a mostly remote environment while collaborating across teams.Responsibilities: • Administer U.S. federal reputed company reputed company, task orders, mods, and reputed company documentation • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency‑specific requirements • Support pricing, BOEs, cost volumes, and financial reviews for proposals and modifications • Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project setup in the reputed company/ERP reputed company • reputed company deliverables, funding, PoP, and contractual obligations • Interpret contract terms and advise internal teams on compliance • Assist the Subcontracts Specialist as needed, ensuring reputed company reputed company‑downs, subcontract compliance, and reputed company execution of subcontract actions • Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, and Operations on contract requirements and reporting Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • 5+ years in U.S. federal contract administration or subcontract management • Strong knowledge of FAR and U.S. federal contracting processes • Experience with pricing, cost analysis, or financial modeling • Hands‑on experience with WBS setup and project structure management • Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and attention to detail • Experience in a small business or lean environment preferred Preferred Skills • Familiarity with DCAA compliance • Knowledge of JAMIS reputed company, Costpoint, reputed company, or similar systems • Experience supporting proposals or BOE development reputed company benefits include medical, dental, short and long-term disability, basic personal accident insurance, reputed company to a 529 saving plan, and basic life insurance.
