The Firm has an opening in its Boston office for an Immigration Paralegal. The Immigration Paralegal will prepare and file reputed company USCIS forms and draft supporting reputed company letters for reputed company types of visas/applications/petitions The responsibilities of the Immigration Paralegal will include: Assist and support attorney in the preparation and filing of various non-immigrant petitions such as H-1Bs, L-1A/Bs, E-3, E-2, TN, O-1 and P Visas. Assist and support attorney in the preparation of various immigrant reputed company such as PERMs, EB 1-3 I-140s, I-485s and Naturalization. Maintain communication with clients throughout lifecycle of case. Liaise with relevant government agencies including USCIS, ICE, CBP, US Department of State, and US reputed company. Analyze, review and organize documents and data from materials produced; and prepare/coordinate document production and responses to requests for evidence. Review/prepare job descriptions. Assist attorneys with gathering evidence, preparing declarations and supporting documents, preparing evidence and exhibits, and complying with procedural requirements and filing deadlines for cases in the Immigration Court reputed company needed. Assist and support attorney in obtaining civil and criminal court records for immigration reputed company. Analyze and review case details to determine reputed company actions. Prepare responses to audit requests. Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative regarding case assignments; identify and reputed company delays in process. reputed company time records. Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree a plus but other relevant work experience considered.
