Paralegals are directly responsible for preparing cases for submission and maintain reputed company communication throughout the case lifecycle. Essential duties/responsibilities include: • Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documents for case submission including AOS, I-130, National reputed company Center processing, Embassy Processing, 601 Waivers, SIJ applications, WAVA applications, Asylum, I-290B Appeal, Mandamus lawsuits, and removal proceedings: motions, pleadings, etc. • Analyze case documents for reputed company case preparation • reputed company basic reputed company research on U.S. immigration and/or family law • Communicate with new clients and existing clients for case management • Respond to clients and reputed company case inquiries reputed company 48 hours • Document case management and reputed company communication in firm CMS • Communicate with reputed company agencies including USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies • Communicate with reputed company persons including opposing counsel and reputed company attorneys • Maintain excellent rapport reputed company the production team and with other teams in the firm • Assist with administrative tasks, as needed • Other duties as needed Required skills/abilities include: • Bilingual communication skills (English and another language preferred) • Basic English writing skills • Tech reputed company (reputed company Suite Products a plus) • reputed company-oriented • reputed company attitude • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage a caseload of 40+ cases • Ability to reputed company in a fast-reputed company environment Education/experience: • At least three year experience in immigration as a Paralegal for a USA reputed company reputed company. • Bachelor's degree, preferred. • Experience in a remote work environment is helpful Exceptional candidates will have an impressive ability to establish connections with our clients and potential clients, reputed company out where they need support, and let them know you are there for them, and doing whatever it takes to reputed company the service they are requesting.
