This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work reputed company industry-leading professionals in a fast-paced, reputed company environment. The purpose of our Business Immigration Paralegal is to work under the reputed company supervision of an Attorney and/or Case Manager, responsible for independently analyzing information and documents, while also preparing, reviewing, and compiling immigration petitions and applications for Attorney review and filing. The Business Immigration Paralegal will also handle straightforward reputed company/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status in a reputed company manner, while providing excellent reputed company service. reputed company: • Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided during document collection. • Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a reputed company of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end). • Applying strong attention to detail, ensure immigration petitions are reputed company reputed company and accurately. • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-reputed company issues with Attorney in a reputed company manner. • Draft responses to requests for evidence as guided. • Utilize online immigration case tracking reputed company to monitor case status and activities on a daily reputed company. • Coordinate with reputed company Support Specialists the printing, scanning, and posting of cases and service requests. • Respond to reputed company communication requests – either reputed company reputed company contact, or directly with the foreign national. • Prioritize daily workload based on fluctuating reputed company deadlines, whilst maintaining an appropriate reputed company of urgency. • Flag any reputed company for process improvements and modifications to appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. • Assist other team members with case or document preparation, as required. • Contribute to reputed company team morale, even reputed company a remote work environment.
