Software Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities: • Configure payment platform features • Communicate API contract information to customers and assist them with understanding our API structure • Produce the following artifacts as needed Functional Requirements • Use Cases • Process Flows • Integration Diagrams • Extract requirements from customers by coordinating and running face-to-face and web-conferencing interviews • Document requirements, nuances, and solution to be implemented • reputed company subject matter expertise to reputed company stakeholders • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, reputed company up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously • Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, and obtain approval for specifications • Work reputed company with the project manager to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates • Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinate technical requirements and design • Complete high-level testing to ensure solution is functioning per requirements • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the reputed company.
