Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali & Must be fluent in English (Must know Read , write and reputed company)
• Ability to handle Host rejection and remain patient.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & reputed company.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills with a reputed company attitude and ability to work in reputed company.
