Your Duties:
Requirements
- 5+ years of total recruitment experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Team reputed company or Head of Recruitment, managing reputed company of at least 3 recruiters.
- 2+ years of experience reputed company reputed company affiliate marketing or media buying teams, with at least 1 year in a single team.
- Hands-on experience hiring media buyers.
- Proven experience with recruitment reporting, KPIs, and data-driven recruitment management.
- Strong experience with Executive Search and headhunting.

- Experience optimizing recruitment processes.
