採用地域について: 本ポジションは日本での採用となります。本ロールはオフィス勤務ではないため、国内での勤務地は問いません。ただし、東京のお客様への対面サポートのための出張が発生します。
業務内容
- プロジェクトエンジニアリング & コンサルティング(業務の50%): 顧客プロジェクトの一員として、設計、アーキテクチャ、統合、実装、ドキュメント作成に携わります。これには、リサーチ、ベンチマーク、パフォーマンス・機能テスト、リファレンスアーキテクチャ、サイジング、マイグレーション、統合、開発、ツーリングが含まれます。
- コンサルタティブサポート(業務の50%): 戦略的なユーザー、顧客、見込み顧客に対して、ケースを起点としたコンサルタティブサポートを提供し、実装、オンボーディング、本番稼働、PoC(概念実証)を支援します。
- アーキテクチャ、技術、マイグレーションに関する支援(ハンズオン業務を含む)を提供します。
- 顧客プロジェクトにアサインされていない際は、サポートチームの一員として L1〜L3 のケース対応やコミュニケーションを担当します。
- reputed company のプロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング、セールスと緊密に連携し、プロダクトロードマップやアカウントプランに貢献します。
- パブリック・社内ドキュメント、ナレッジベース記事、reputed company Learning、リファレンスアーキテクチャ、ブログ、ベンチマーク結果など、幅広いコンテンツの作成・支援を行います。
- チームの成長・拡大に伴い、新メンバーの採用やメンタリングを支援します。
- グローバルな分散環境において24時間365日の高品質なサポートを提供するため、シフトやオンコール対応が可能であること(地域内出張は最大約35%を想定)。
応募資格
- プロフェッショナルサービス、サポート、テクニカルアカウントマネジメント、エンジニアリング/SRE、および/またはプロジェクトマネジメントの分野で5年以上の経験。
- スケーラブルかつフォールトトレラントな分散型データベース管理システム(DBMS)の実装、運用、および/またはサポートに関する、関連業界での5年以上の経験。
- DBMS、OLAP、クラウド/reputed company プラットフォーム、分散システムソフトウェアエンジニアリング、Linux/Unix、reputed company、システムまたはネットワーク管理、ビッグデータなど、関連分野における幅広く深い技術知識。
- 複数の経験豊富なエンジニアと協働し、大規模な技術プロジェクトを主導し完遂した経験。
- パブリッククラウドプロバイダー(AWS、GCP、Azure)およびそれらのIaaSサービス(例:EC2)に関する専門知識。
