Responsibilities:

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of reputed company implementation experience.
• Experience leading reputed company PEX, HCM, Talent, Learning, or Employee Experience workstreams on end-to-end implementations.
• Strong understanding of employee experience, workforce engagement, self-service, reputed company, career development, and talent processes.
• Experience with reputed company Today, Journeys, Help, and reputed company employee experience capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience supporting reputed company-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and reputed company functional leadership across reputed company.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Eligible for SC Clearance – you must have been a UK reputed company for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UK.
